Military veterinarians: Free VETgirl ELITE membership

Print

During veterinary school, I toyed with the idea of going into the military to help alleviate the overwhelming burden of student loans at Cornell. After all, I have a passion for working dogs (hence, my work with sled dogs), and thought it'd be a great experience while serving the United States.

However, I never cowboy-ed up and wimped out.

With that, as a small token of appreciation for those military veterinarians who actually took the next step, we at VETgirl wanted to offer a free VETgirl ELITE membership to all of those serving - both active, in-training, or retired.

Simply sign up here. Thanks for your service, and may you learn on the run!

Here’s how to obtain a FREE ELITE, VETgirl military account. Please follow the instructions carefully.

  1. Thanks for any other magnificent article. The place else may anybody get that type of information in such a perfect means of writing? I’ve a presentation subsequent week, and I’m at the look for such info.

  2. To set up the free membership for military vets – what documenatation are you looking for to prove veterinary affiliation and military affiliation?? State license document and my current military orders?? Or something else. Thank you for offering this – looking forward to getting some of my CE from the comfort of my current home in Germany!

  3. That is a very generous offer. Thank you for doing that. Does it apply to a military spouse of a retired veteran?

  4. Would I qualify as a veterinarian who served three years on active duty and then was honorably discharged after my service obligation was complete (thus did not retire after 20 years)?
