This lecture will review:
- How to recognize canine corneal pathology
- How to diagnose corneal disease with the aid of specific diagnostic tests such as Schirmer tear testing, tear film break up time, and fluorescein staining
- How to treat the various corneal diseases with medications including antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulating therapy, and surgical options such as diamond burr debridement, and corneal grafts
