In this VETgirl Facebook LIVE event, Jeannine Moga, MA, MSW, LCSW, licensed social worker and Chief Happiness Officer of VETgirl, will explore how ideas about work/life balance have shifted with changes in the workplace and the influence of technology. We’ll investigate the differences between work-life balance and work-life integration, evaluate the role of technology in contributing to (or alleviating) work to home conflict, and explore the importance of technological boundaries and time management in creating more defined work and personal time.
