In this VETgirl online veterinary CE webinar, Jeannine Moga, MA, MSW, LCSW discusses how we can combat stress in our veterinary field. How do we become more resilient?

Recent research in neuropsychology indicates that stress resilience is highly dependent on cognitive, emotional, and social resources that can be developed through intentional behaviors, enabling workers to perform from a place of strength, focus, and confidence versus a place of overwhelm, fear, and exhaustion. These resilience-building behaviors, as well as the organizational factors supportive of stress resilience, will be explored in detail. In this lecture, you’ll learn real-time tactics to improve your emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being, both at work and at home.
