In this webinar, Dr. Ryan will review the causes of burnout and compassion fatigue and identify practical and effective leadership strategies for preventing and responding to this workplace challenge.

Dr. Ryan is CEO of Veterinary Leadership Services. She has over 20+ years experience as a senior leader and emergency veterinarian for a multi-site emergency veterinary organization. She is a certified coach, trainer and speaker for the John Maxwell Team.
