This lecture will review clinical signs, etiology, treatment and identification/diagnosis of etiological agents such as Canine Influenza Virus and Bordetella [which are a part of Canine Infectious Respiratory Disease (CIRD)]. We will also discuss potential public health implications associated with influenza infection in dogs. Preventative care will also be briefly reviewed.
