  1. What is the PIGY button on the pump? I’ve never figured it out. However, when practicing with the pump, I noticed if I click on it and adjust it like you did for the bolus, it will give the bolus and then go back to my original settings after the bolus is given. Unsure if this is what that setting is for, but it worked well in that instance.

  2. I’ve honestly never used the PIGY function. The purpose of PIGY is to deliver a bolus from a second bag (2 bags, converged IV line into 1, 1 fluid pump). There’s a lot of considerations before using PIGY for its intended purpose (like the 2nd bag has to run out completely, compatibility issues between fluids, etc.), so I’d refer you back to the user manual for more information on that function 🙂
