  1. On question 1 about the ancient grains, both Oats & Quinoa re listed as Ancient Grains on the slide, not just Quinoa. So I missed that one, but no worries, the rest were right. But you should amend the question.
    Thanks for the fun, food is much more complicated than it used to be.
