Not far from the Radisson Blu Hotel, where the conference is being held, sits the capital city of St. Paul. The city is rich in historical sites, art exhibits, museums, and gardens. It’s also surrounded by two rivers, so there are plenty of fun things to do in St. Paul, Minnesota for historophiles and outdoor adventures too!

Explore The Mississippi National River & Recreation Area

This 72-mile, 54,000-acre urban national park stretches along the banks of the Mississippi River through the twin cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul. With the river as its backdrop, this beautiful park offers plenty to do in every season, including fishing, boating, birdwatching, bicycling, and hiking. For those who love history, there are also several visitor centers and trails that highlight the fascinating human history of the Mississippi River.

Learn & Play at The Minnesota Children’s Museum

The Minnesota Children’s Museum is a kid-centric destination filled with fun for the entire family. With three floors of interactive exhibits and educational programs, the museum fosters children’s creativity and imaginations while also teaching important life skills. The museum in St. Paul features 10 permanent exhibits including a four-story climber, laser maze, pretend town, and the newest attraction, Shipwreck Adventures!
