Ah veterinarians. We  seem to have “time poverty.” We all wish we had more time in our day, right?  That way we could:

  • finish medical records
  • read veterinary journals
  • eat lunch
  • go to the gym
  • stay hydrated
  • run errands
  • sit in a coffee shop
  • do yoga
  • enjoy work-life balance (haha)

Well, Kevin Kruse, author of We, gives us 14 secrets to expanding time. Check it out!

  1. Time is always not on our side when we are so busy with deadlines. So, before I start my day, I always make a to-do list so that I can make use of my time efficiently and effectively.

  2. Thank you for sharing this. I believe this can be applied to all, not just for vets. As for me, before I end my day, I try to think what to do for tomorrow and list it down and even put up a schedule for doing things. It really helps and makes me more efficient.
